NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under the Miscellaneous Criminal Application Case No. 166/2019 by Senior Principal Magistrate Court, Kajiado, to the owners of motor vehicles and motor bikes which are lying idle and unclaimed within Kajiado Police Yard, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor bikes at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Astorion Auctioneers, Nairobi shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicles and motor bikes by way of public auction on behalf of Kajiado Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KAJIADO POLICE STATION.
