NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th August, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 213, in Volume B-13 Folio 1945/14536, File No. 1637, by our client, Nimo Haji Ibrahim, formerly known as Neemo Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Neemo Ibrahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adapted the name Nimo Haji Ibrahim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nimo Haji Ibrahim only.
