Box 59020- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic. of Kenya, formerly known as Julia Anna Murangi Gatimu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Julia Anna Murangi Gatimu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Julianna Naiseku Kisoso, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Julianna Naiseku Kisoso only.
