TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 470 OF 2018 By (1) Rosaline Nandako Khamala and (2) Trevor Odhiambo Ongili, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mishael Ongili Oswe alias Ongili Osue, who died on 1st November, 2018. CAUSE No. 696 OF 2018 By Herine Oyier, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Oyier Wambogo alias - Oyier Wambogo, who died on 12th. August, 2004. CAUSE No. 806 OF 2018 , By Michael Ochieng Jagongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Jagongo Ouko, who died on 29th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2019 By Franco Stephen Opanga, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Opanga, who died on 14th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
