TAKE NOTICE that applications having ,been made iii this court in: CAUSE No. 579 OF 2015' By (1) Gabriel Lichina Aluhonyio and (2) Jacob Mutalungu Aluhoyia, both of P.O. Box 10, Lubao in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karoli Aluhoyo Ligala, who died at Ivakale, on 2nd October, 1998. CAUSE No. 15 off' 2016 By Pius Musebe Chilaini, of P.O. Box 16, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Shitekha alias Joseph Chilaini Shitekha, who died at Kakamega, on 17th March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
