TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 897 OF 2016 By Mwanaisha Kiriale, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saida Swedih, who died on 9th January, 2014. CAUSE No. 128 OF 2018 By Elda Atieno Ndweya, the deceased's sister, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nundu Ramuya, who died on 20th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
