TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2019 By (I) Francis Mwangi Njuguna and (2) Timothy Kinyanjui Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 224-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Mwangi, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2018. CAUSENO. 194 OF 2019 By (1) Justina Wanjiku Kioi and (2) John Munya Kioi, both of P.O. Box 311, Gatundu in Kenya. the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Kioi Munya alias Pius Munya, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 14th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
