TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 183 OF 2019 By (1) Hannah Wanjiku Chege, (2) Sarah Apaadet Edaata, (3) John Ngatia Chui and (4) George Njahi Choi, all, of P.O. Box '222-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widows and brothers, respectively, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Ndungu Choi, late of Bacon, Eldoret, who died at Kilimani, Turbo, on 20th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
