Box 4097, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs Kipkorir Cheruiyot & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vasantbhai-Ambalal Patel, late of West Indies, EIdoret, who died at Bandhani of Talua Petlad of .Anand in India, on 28th January, 2018. CAuSE No. 148 OF 2019 By Ruth Jesang Keter, of P.O. Box 4097, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs Kipkorir Cheruiyot & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kiplimo Keter, late of Kapseret, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) 'days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
