TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 205 OF 2019 By Kuryo Kirwa, of P.O. Box 22, Burnt Forest in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuryo Kirwa, late of Koiluget, who died on 2nd July, 2016. CAUSE No . 206 OF 2019 By (1) Francis MWangi Karanja and (2) Luke Kamau Karanja, both of P.O. Box 620, Eldoret -in Kedya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Karanja Mwangi, late of Silas, who died on 15th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect- entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
