TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 179 OF 2018 By Joseph A. Otin Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Oyugi Samuel, who died at Bama Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2014. CAUSE No. 180 OF 2018 By Joseph A. Otin Otieno, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Charles Odhiambo Otieno, who died at Mikindani Estate, on 6th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 181 OF 2018 By Joseph A. Otin Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Juma Otieno, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
