TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 61 OF 2019 By Fredrick Nganga Beweru, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Biweru Nganga alias Nganga Beweru Ngala, who died on 10th December, 1999. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2019 By Slovick Safari Kahindi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kan= Ngala, who died on 13th February, 2014. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2019 By Emmanuel Kingi Mwasambu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Balozi Chai Ngala, who died on 17th May 1997. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2019 By Kasidi Katana Ngala, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muganga Beweru Ngala alias Muganda Beweru Ngala, who died on 16th July 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
