TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2019 By (1) Naomi Wanjiku Thairu, (2) John Ngene Muniu and (3) Joseph Mwangi Thairu, all of P.O. Box 53, Githunguri in Kenya, the deseased's &tighter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thairu Ngunjiri, who died at Gatamaiyu Location, on 19th February, 1980. CAUSE No.110 OF 2019 By Hannah Ngina Chege, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kuria Chege, who died at Kanjai, Giathai-ini, Githunguri, on 4th January, 2019. • The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from'the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
