Box 1986, Kalcamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Musambai alias Jacob Musambayi, who died at Cheniuche Sub-location, on 17th December, 1978. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2019 By Clement Satia Lutalayi, of P.O. Box 50, Kakamega in Kenya, the decea.ed's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Mumasava, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 31st August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
