TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 171 OF 2019 By Martin Otumba Nyagusa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administrationAntestate to the estate of Ngittja Chiaji alias Nginja Chaji, who died at Kobong, on 4th May, 1970. CAUSE No. 197 OF 2019 By Anna Aoko Ndiege, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ochola Akoth, who died at Ochienga Sub-location, on 16th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date ofpublication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
