TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By (1) James Mwangi Kihara and (2) Mwangi Kihard, both of P.O. Box 69-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kihara Mwangi, late of 01 Magogo, who died there on 22nd January, 2018. CAUSE No. 100 OF 2019 By Elizabeth Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Karuri alias Mwangi Karuri alias Karuri Mwangi, late of Nairobi, who died at Kariobangi, on 13th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
