CAUSE No. 78 OF 2019 By Mary Sibuchi Kagota, thedeceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Kagota Lusanji, who died at Kivagala Sub-location, on 4th January, 2014. CAUSE No. 138 OF 2019 By • Rosah Nyagasi Chesi, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the, estate of Samwel Kalani Agesa, who died at Digula Siib-location, on 5th June, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
