TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: J. TAMAR, District Registrar, Eldama Ravine. CAUSE N0.5 OF 2019 By Antony Kolongo Matai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malicho Matayi Mwachari, who died at Tausa, on 22nd December, 2006. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By Lucas Mota Ndumbu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephenson Msafari Ndumbu, who died at Tausa, on 12th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
