TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in.this court ' in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By Joseph Nzaro Chai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzaro Chai Nzaro, who died at Mkongani, on 4th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2019 By (1) Tabu Changawa Guracha and (2) Oscar Kasena Changawa Mwambire, the deceased's -children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwambire Ndundi Thethe, who died at Majaoni, on 27th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
