IT IS notified for general information of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government has appointed a committee to be known as the National Risk Assessment Senior Steering Committee. The Committee shall comprise of the following — Mongo Chimwaga—Chairman Members Kennedy Nyaiyo Ondieki, Rogers Okibo Marindi, Ali Gakweli, Ahmed Irshad Idris, Edwin Maghanga Teka, Richard Mburu Mwaura, Francis Mwangi, • Charles Ogambo Owino, Beatrice Akoth Olwa, Edward Ombuya Mayaka, Naman Nimrod Owuor, Jeremy Mugwiria Ndegwa, Moses Araka Nyankiongora, 2. The Terms of Reference of the Committee are to- « (a) provide strategic guidance for the development of a National Risk Assessment Framework; (b) establishment of the National Risk Assessment Secretariat in consultation with relevant Ministries Departments and other Agencies; (c) development of a National Risk Assessment action plan; (d) review the draft National Risk Assessment developed by secretariat. (e) perform any other matter related to risk assessment as will be agreed upon with the Cabinet Secretary. 3. The Term of office of the committee will be one (I) year or any other longer period as will be determined by the Cabinet Secretary Dated the 17th September, 2019.
