REGISTRATION

WHEREAS ( I) Vora Prenji Karsan and (2) Daksha Premji Vora, both of P.O. Box 22111-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that Godown No. Al on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10426/48, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in Machakos Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. No. 163444/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
