REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cosmas Kyalo Muthembwa (ID/4827327), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.200 and 0.200 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Ngong/Ngong/92753 and 927854, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
