THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Cherutich Kibor (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.0 hectares or thereabout, known as E/Marakwet/Kapsowar/435, and whereas Kwambai Toroitich Kisang fraudulently acquired a land title deed on the same on 14th October, 1994. efforts to compel him surrender the same have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said-land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in the name of Koleta K. Cherutich, on the strength of succession no. 220 of 1997, High Court at Eldoret, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kwambai Toroitich Kisang, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
