NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th May, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1335, in Volume DI, Folio 210/4055, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Chelagat Abigael, of P.O. Box 86-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Abigael Magdaline Chelagat alias Kipkorir Abigael Chelagat alias Magdaline Chelagat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Abigael Magdaline Chelagat alias Kipkorir Abigael Chelagat alias Magdaline Chelagat, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chelagat Abigael, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chelagat Abigael only.
