NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 188, in Volume DI, Folio 1884/4075, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Mohamed Bishar Affey, of P.O. Box 493- 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ahmed Wehliye Afey, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Wehliye Afey, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Bishar Affey, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Bishar Affey only.
