Box 830- 20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Muritu Muraya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Brian Muritu Muraya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brian Edwards Muraya, for all purposes and authorize's and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Brian Edwards Muraya only.
