NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th June, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 295, in Volume DI, Folio 217/4143, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Mbugua Njuguna, of P.O. Box 785-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Mbugua Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Brian Mbugua Njuguna, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mbugua Njuguna, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mbugua Njuguna only.
