THE purpose and objective of the County Pending Bills Committee is to inter alia analyze the County Pending Bills, obtain all circumstantial evidence, evaluate the circumstance of ineligibility, determine amounts proportionately eligible/non-eligible and make closure on the ineligible Pending Bills. Consequently, the County has constituted the County Pending Bills Committee as per the guidelines of the Controller of Budget and Terms of Reference of the Office of the Auditor General.
