WHEREAS (1) Rukia Juma Babu, (2) Fatuma Shebani Juma, (3) Ali Mohamed Mwindani alias Ali Kadi and (4) Saumu Omani Mumbo, all of P.O. Box 88230, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land known Plot No. 404/II/MN, containing 10.1 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa municipality. .in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 1033, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
