REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peres Achieng Nandi, of P.O. Box 3512-40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.04 and 0.23 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/ Panpieri /1825 and Kisumu/ Ojola/467, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
