REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mathenge Karue, of P.O. Box 29-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.260, 0.0448, 0.0390 and 1.020 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Mutara/Thome Block 1/2769, 4919, 4560, and 567 (Mathira), respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
