Box 25, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Githunguri/Oatliangari/1299, situate in Kiambu District, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 61270 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 13901/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 39766, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the land registration Act.
