CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2019 By (1) Michael Reame Fullerlove, of 95, The Promenade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50, 1HH, United Kingdom and (2) Jamed Kenneth Kidgell, of 22, Chancery Lane, London, WC2A, 11S, United Kingdom, for a resealing of grant of probate to the estate of Thomas Peter Correia, who died at Redferns, South Road, St. Georges Hill, Weybridge, Surrey, UK. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
