TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2019 By Esther Nyawira Githendu, the deceased's widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Gilbert Wambugu Githendu alias Gabriel G. W. Githendu alias Gabriel G. Wambugu Githendu alias Githendu G. G. W., who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
