TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 366 OF 2018 By (1) Mangi Karisa Charo, (2) Faida Mganga Charo, (3) Nathan Mweri Baya and (4) Sammy Kitsao Jefwa, all of P.O. Box 78, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased's sons and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Charo Mwarindano, who died at Makoamboani, Kaloleni, on 30th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
