TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2016 By Susan Mogosi Ngera, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muniko Muniko, who died at Gwikonge Village, Kuria West, on 3rd April, 1975. CAUSE No. 108 OF 2019 By (1) Lawrence Owini A.nyanga and (2) Meshack Ochieng Anyanga, both of P.O. Box 8, Macalder in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Anyanga, who died at South Kadem Location, on 3rd June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
