TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 91 OF 2019 By James Onditi Ogol, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manason Ogol Onyango, who died at Manyatta Sub-location, on 4th June, 2006. CAUSE No. 95 OF 2019 By Patrick Abade Milewa, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milewa Ojwang, who died at Katieno I, on 7th December, 1990. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2016 By Marine Odhiambo Adhiambo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erick Odhiambo Adera, who died on 2nd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 93 OF 2018 By David Obwaya Gichana, of P.O. Box 7975-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Gichana Oigoro, who died at Nyambaria Sub-location, on 16th November, 1993.
