TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 677 OF 2018 By Evans Chetambe Wafula, the executor to the deceased's estate, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Wafula Wasike, who died at Froi, on 23rd August, 1991. CAUSE No. 260 OF 2019 By Joseph Wanjala Waswa, the deceased's executor the named in last will, for a grant of probate of written will annexed to the estate of Timoteo Wanasamba Wamunyokoli, who died at Lumboka Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
