TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 356 OF 2019 By (1) Teresa Onyiego Lugendo and (2) Stephen Ojwang' Lugendo, both of P.O. Box 52, Mubwayo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Lugendo, who died at Magombe Central Sub-location, on 22nd October, 2003.
