TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Beth Njeri Kagiri, (2) Christine Miriam Mugure and (3) Esther Wanjiru Kiarie, all of P.O. Box 22719-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, granddaughter and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mirriam Mugure Kagiri, late of Kiambu, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 1st January, 2014. CAUSE No. 42 OF 2019 By (1) Samuel Kimari Gichohi and (2) Ruth Wanjiku Gichohi, both of P.O. Box 33-00227, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Gichohi Mwangi, late of Mutonyora, who died there on 27th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
