Box 245-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Wanjohi, who died on 16th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2019 By Tabitha Wanjiku Kiraru, of P.O. Box 780, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ndungu Mwangi, who died on 9th November, 2007. CAUSE No. 165 OF 2019 By (1) Michael Ndegwa Mbugua and (2) Dominic Njuguna Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 245-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Mbugua Wainaina, who died on 22nd September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2019 By (1) John Njugia Muthee and (2) Isaac Waiganjo, both of P.O. Box 149-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthee Waiharo, who died on 26th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
