TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 140 OF 2019 By (1) Colleta Achieng Onyango and (2) Philemon Onyango Opondo, both of P.O. Box 6200-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Opondo Waga, late of Bondo, who died at Juja, on 17th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
