Box 59, Maua in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel M’Impwi M’Licoro alias Samuel Ibui alias Samuel Mpui, who died at Kithare Sub-location, on 4th March, 2005. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2019 By Stephen Mbiti M’Muirecia, of P.O. Box 105, Laare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwirichia M’Uthaka alias M’Muirecia M’Uthaka, who died at Nkandone, on 7th August, 2014. CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2019 By John Baptister M’Mwenda M’Impwi, of P.O. Box 38, Laare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Impui Baituru, who died at Antuambui Location, on 5th December, 1971. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2019 By Zeverina Kathure, of P.O. Box 54, Laare in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kairu M’Twairandu, who died at Antambui Location, on 15th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
