Mwau, who died at Kimutwa, on 10th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2018 By (1) Philisila Stephen Ndambu, (2) Benjamin Mwinzi Utaima, (3) Peter Ndambo Utaima and (4) Patrick Kiwowa Utaima, all of P.O. Box 35492–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Utaima Ndambo, who died at Mbee, on 31st March, 2016.
