TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 64 OF 2019 By (1) Mukai Mutisya Syuki and (2) Kambua Mutisya Syuki, both of P.O. Box 1202-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Syuki, who died at Kitui, on 21st April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
