TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2018 By (1) Elmelidah Kwamboka Obaga and (2) William Mboga Obaga, both of P.O. Box 17567, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Obaga Mboga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 533 OF 2018 By (1) Evans Omenge Machogu and (2) Maxwell Makori Matara, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Burasi Barasa Machogu, who died on 9th November, 2003.
