Box 937-219, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Kiaro, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2016. CAUSE No.141 OF 2019 By (1) James Thaara Ngugi and (2) Eliud Ndungu Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 230, Ngecha in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Ngugi Gichuho alias Ngugi Kihangu, who died at Kiambu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 1979. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2019 By (1) Joseph Kimani Wanyoike and (2) Grace Nyambura Wanyoike, both of P.O. Box 36, Kinale in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanyoike Kimani, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
