TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2019 By Margaret Muthoni Warui, of P.O. Box 16917–00620, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Githii Kamau, who died at Lari, on 7th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2019 By (1) George Kamau Muchiri and (2) James Kihiu Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 6580–00607, Kamiti in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Kihara the late of Githunguri District, Githiga Location, who died at Githiga, on 16th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
