TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 125 OF 2019 By Harriet Gikuyu Kiraki, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiraki alias Kiraki Njathiru, who died at Kiambere, Mbeere, on 8th September, 1979. CAUSE No. 132 OF 2019 By Ngari Nguru, of P.O. Box 1031, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Gachire alias Njoka Ngaciire, who died at Kirie Sub-location, on 17th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
