Nyango and (2) Calvins Omondi Odhiambo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Odhiambo Onyango, who died on 15th October, 2008. CAUSE No. 94 of 2019 By Loisa Apondi Agunga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Agunga Ndinya alias Agunga Ndinya, who died on 28th August, 1998.
